EmailLeaked may earn revenue from ads or affiliate links, but commercial relationships do not change breach checker results, risk labels, or the security advice on a page.
You should be able to use the guidance even if you never click a paid link or buy a recommended product.
Advertising
EmailLeaked may display advertising on content or tool pages. Ads do not decide whether a breach is listed, how a risk label is assigned, or what actions are recommended.
We do not place ads on pages that are mainly legal, policy, status, or confirmation pages.
Affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links. If you click one of those links and buy a product or service, EmailLeaked may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Affiliate links should only appear when the product category is relevant to account security, password safety, privacy, or breach response.
Editorial independence
A product cannot pay to change breach results, hide a breach, receive a better risk label, or appear as the only option when safer or simpler choices exist.
When a page mentions a paid product, the surrounding guidance should still be useful without buying anything.
How recommendations are chosen
We favor practical steps most people can take quickly: changing reused passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, reviewing account activity, removing old accounts, and using a password manager when it fits the reader's situation.
Report a concern
If a disclosure is missing, unclear, or placed too far from a commercial link, contact us and include the page URL. We review disclosure issues as trust and reader-safety problems.
